Nevada Lake D, 22 South

The title designation makes more sense tot he reader when comparing to his Association lease land maps.

Lake 22 South

The Lake covers 10+ surface water acres and is surrounded by a rotated combination of corn, wheat and bean stubble to place a combination of field goose decoys and duck decoys in the water.

The average water depth is 2 to 10 feet deep.

Access to the lake can be difficult if the mud road leading to the lake is wet.

We do not allow hunters to rut roads leading to any of our lakes for hunting and fishing. ATV's are allowed to access gear and decoys to and from the wade-in areas and the blinds, but they must be parked and not used for any other reasons.

This is a good location for a make shift blind and taking a child or a wife that does not have waders.

If the hunting is slow the ponds are available to fish for bass, crappie and catfish. Dove, quail, deer and turkey hunting is also available for the members by reservation.

If we agree duck hunters take pictures of what they consider that which is most important to them and if those pictures are from their duck hunt, then what they show in their pictures we should pay attention to.

The email message was simple: "Jon: We have a great time at the [location deleted] blinds this season. We have very productive days and wonderful memories. I have attached a few pictures from blind 2. Thanks again for a great duck season. Ben"
