Hello John, As you can tell by my letterhead I still have teenagers in school. I received the application today and your letter wishing me to have a good hunting trip. My experience with you and Jennifer so far has shown me that I have made a good choice. Your courtesy and professionalism (if that is a word) have exceeded my preconceived expectations.
